During my contract with Expedia Group, I worked with the Private Label Solutions (PLS) and Traveler & Partner Services Platform (TPSP) teams to improve the servicing experience for PLS partner agents.

PLS Partner agents use an externally-facing tool called Affiliate Voyager to locate and manage itineraries booked through Expedia’s Rapid API product. The tool mirrors legacy tech that was built for internal agent needs, and had not been updated for many years.

UX Audit of Affiliate Voyager — This discovery activity helped me understand the current state. It gave me a space to map out existing screens and flows, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Itinerary Designs — I decided to start with the Itinerary view first, because that is where the bulk of the agents’ tasks are done. My main goal here was to clean up the existing content, and update the look and feel to align with Expedia’s Design System (EGDS).
